Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup canned black beans (rinsed)
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Butter lettuce or romaine leaves (for wraps)
Optional toppings: avocado, salsa, shredded lettuce
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese with taco seasoning and lime juice.
2. Fold in black beans, red onion, and chopped cilantro.
