Description
A high-protein banana bread made with just three ingredients: cottage cheese, ripe bananas, and self-rising flour. No sugar or oil needed.
Ingredients
2–3 ripe bananas
¾ cup cottage cheese
2½ cups self-rising flour or almond flour (gluten-free option)
Instructions
1. Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl.
2. Add the cottage cheese and stir until well combined.
3. Mix in the flour gently until a thick batter forms.
4. Pour into a lined loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 50–65 minutes.
Notes
Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, nuts, vanilla, or protein powder.
Let cool before slicing for clean cuts.
Can also be made into muffins by adjusting bake time to 20–22 minutes.
