Ingredients
1 cup full-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter (optional)
Instructions
1. Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, and sweetener to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. Add optional vanilla or nut butter and blend again briefly.
4. Pour into a freezer-safe container or silicone molds.
5. Freeze for 3–4 hours for soft-serve, or overnight for scoopable texture.
Notes
Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
Let sit 5–10 minutes before scooping if frozen overnight.
Try mix-ins like chocolate chips, espresso, or mint extract for variations.
