Ingredients
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar (or pepper jack)
2 tbsp milk (more as needed)
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
Optional: diced green chilies, paprika, or hot sauce
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour mixture into a saucepan over medium-low heat.
3. Stir constantly until warmed and slightly thickened.
4. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.
Notes
Blend before heating to ensure smooth texture.
Add more milk to loosen sauce if needed.
Customize with chipotle, spinach, or roasted peppers.
